THE PROJECT MISSION
The mission of The Expendable Project is to expose the truth with respect to the Schapelle Corby case, through meticulous and independent research and investigation.
INDEPENDENCE
The Expendable Project has no connection with Schapelle Corby or her family. At the outset, the decision was taken to retain independence, to mitigate the risk that the project could be used against them by unscrupulous third parties.
JURISDICTION
Editorial and publication related decisions are taken exclusively under the protection of the constitution of the United States of America.
All inclusions are covered under fair use, under Title 17 U.S.C. Section 107, and other constitutional protections.
THE DELIVERABLES
The Expendable Project does not constitute reports, video clips, dossiers, recordings, the documentary film, or any other material. These materials comprise "the deliverables" of The Expendable Project. Hidden World Films, and The Hidden World Research Group, are generic names of convenience for subset activities of The Expendable Project.
NON-PUBLICATION
The materials, recordings, footage, domain names, images, and information used by The Expendable Project were provided by contributors, both individual and corporate, and by individual members of the global humanitarian truth network. Such contributions in no way constitute or imply ownership, control, publication, or broadcast, by those individuals or corporations.
DISTRIBUTION
All reports, dossiers, video clips, and other materials, including the documentary film, are provided via social network properties, and freely distributed by members of the global public. Upload, copying, and further distribution by such individuals, and other individuals, in no way constitutes or implies ownership, control, publication, or association with The Expendable Project.
THE GATEKEEPERS
Communication with the project team is possible only through nominated 'gatekeepers'. Gatekeepers are trusted individuals, located across three continents, who, in some cases, are also contributors. Their role is to protect the anonymity of the studio and team, and thus protect the operational capacity of the project from disruption. Gatekeepers act as primary contact points for the media and other parties. The gatekeeper role in no way constitutes or implies ownership, control, publication, or other association with The Expendable Project.
THIRD PARTY INDEMNIFICATION
Positive and/or supportive blogging, social network posting, or media commentary, by individuals, do not constitute or imply any other association with The Expendable Project.
Third party references to the collective, "we", in the context of The Expendable Project, constitute the social and network nature of the undertaking and mission, and in no way constitute or imply ownership, control, or responsibility for publication, broadcast, or any association with The Expendable Project. They merely reflect the nature of the language of affinity with the objectives of the project.
Financial contributions and/or donations, either direct or via service or other provision, made by members of the public, or by members of the global humanitarian network, in no way constitute or imply ownership, control, or responsibility for publication, broadcast, or any association with The Expendable Project.
THIRD PARTY HOSTILITY
Any hostile act emanating from Australian based entities, against individuals or corporations, as referenced in previous sections, will be considered to be vexatious, extortionate, malicious and intimidatory in nature.
