The FOI Abuse Report

In Australia, the Freedom of Information Act is presented as the vehicle to enable the public to access information held by the government.

Through a wide variety of devices and methods, the government prevented her from accessing data relating to her own grave circumstances, as well as information relating to the government's disturbing activities with respect to her.

This report demonstrates that, in practical terms, Schapelle Corby's democratic and legal rights, under freedom of information legislation in Australia, have been revoked.
